HAPPY WE CAME
Our world seems corrupt
And sinful
It just DGAF anymore
It’s tiresome
And senseless.
What are we all doing this for?
We keep thinking we’re onto something
Like we’re just now opening the door
But the fact is we all deride it
And we can’t
hide from it,
anymore.
What is our “Certainly something?”
What is our “worth dying for?”
When is our “magic moment?”
When will our faith “be restored?”
We’re all spiraling, concentric circles
But we certainly can’t drain down the drain
Because then we’re just
Up on the other side
Spiraling all over again.
We simply fix what’s broken
We throw all the useless away
Then we start again with each other
Because that’s why we came here to play
Three dimensional beings
Embodied bodies of light
Pressing, on and off, with each other
In two-dimensional thought
There’s a better way to be here
And it’s giving your energy away
Then our light can shine into each other
Then we will finally be happy we came.
