I felt alone so long

I felt broken, but I blamed it

On my past - like broken bones

I set my path to rearrange it

Like a cast that makes you whole

Embraced that trailer like a womb

Fire flickering at night

To fight the darkness with the moon

I searched so long yet I was steadied

Felt my resolve would find a way

Yet still felt alone and lost

'Til dawn brought forth

A new day

I don't know where I'd be without it

Probably still lost in the gloom

For the dawn brings forth new light

And I was lost in there

With the moon

This changed my life forever

And set my course to straight

There is not a place I'd rather be
