Hither and Thither

I am not before

I am what I am

And shall be once more

Increasingly boundless

No slave to the grave

I will find my way

On this path I pave

Once weakened footsteps

Now pound the ground

For my eyes are set

On the cause I've found

To be the champion

As I sail this sea

Circumvent my losses

In this sea of me

Feel myself uplifted

As weight falls away

As I carpe diem

Others rue the day

For they cannot use

What they took away

For the prize they've stolen

Is their price to pay

I stand enlightened

Given up on healing

Given up on hatred

Given into feeling

Feel the roll and tumble

Of my energy

See myself awakened

To this inner-me
